Just saw your previous post. I think yours looks fine for the style. The thing about growing a full beard is you really have to grow it out. Let it go for a few months to fill in and let the hair get long enough to cover where no hair is. Let it get way longer than you want it. Once it's full, trim it down to where you want it.

That I have no clue. My hair is a but curly as well. Comb it when it's still wet, if that doesn't work there's not much you can do short of trimming it. There might be some products to help keep it tame but I don't use any so I'm not aware.

You could probably go a bit longer and pull it off still. Though honestly I don't think the long hair looks bad. But it does look less "pubey" when it's shorter. Just keep the cheeks, neck, and stache trimmed neat and I think you'll be fine at any length if you can deal with the curlyness.
