1+2+3+4+....=N
2+4+6+8+....=2N
1+(2-2)+(3-3)+....=2N-N
1=N
Prove me wrong, Anon. I dare you.
2N - N is undefined

Where are you getting this line from?
>>8967845
do you even -1/12 bruh
>>8967845
illegal move, doesnt converge.

I think he subtracted the 2nd line from the first line
but he kinda missed a couple of things:
first : 2N - N will give you 1 + (2-2) + 3 - (4-4) + 5... so you get the odd numbers not 1
Second : if 1+2+3+4+....=N
saying 2N=2+4+6+8+... is kind of controversial as here it is not known if 2+4+6+8+... is equal to 2N or (N/2).
looking at it in one way you get 2N (multiply all numbers by 2) where as looking at it in another way you get N/2 as 2+4+6+8... is basically 1+2+3+4... minus the odd numbers.
so is 2+4+6+8... a multiple of 1+2+3+4... or a divisor ?
the final result we can get out of this is that the odd numbers are just the entirety of natural numbers excluding the even numbers as 2N-N gave us all the odd numbers.
also IMO you cant deal with undefined values (1+2+3+4...) the same way you deal with regular defined values.

>first : 2N - N will give you 1 + (2-2) + 3 - (4-4) + 5... so you get the odd numbers not 1
typo i meant :
first : 2N - N will give you 1 + (2-2) + 3 + (4-4) + 5... so you get the odd numbers not 1
>>8968245
Still wrong
>>8968269
oh you are right i was thinking about N-2N not 2N-N
2N-N give -1 + (2-2) - 3 + (4-4) - 5... so basically the subtraction of all the odd numbers not the addition.
