hey sci /dumbfuck/ here. i need some direction. ive been studying for the SAT on khanacademy and i'm having trouble finding where to start bolstering my mathematical skills. i'm taking the NEW SAT in march so i want to pack in as much study as possible. any help on where to start would be much appreciated.
P.S. i live in the middle of nowhere and my school is one of the worst in the country so thats why i'm using khanacademy

Doing timed practice ACTs is probably not a bad idea. The new SAT is apparently a lot more about getting it quick than getting a hard question right.

It's all about the practice tests. I went from peaking at around the high 600's in the math section to getting an 800 on the actual test by just going hard on everything for a month straight. Download a few of the SAT apps and work on those whenever you have small amounts of free time. Also, make sure to double check your work before doing the last 3 questions on each section (they're by far the trickiest). God speed anon.

I never took the SAT or ACT
just never felt like it.
after high school I enrolled in a local community college (all they want is a diploma or GED)
transferred to a big boy school, got my bachelors, and now working on my masters.
half the shit I took in community college, history, English, government. I didn't care about anyways, sorry nerds.
sucks you are from the middle of nowhere there are at least 15 community colleges in my area.

also most people change their majors a few times or give up on college
so save yourself on the big bucks and waste a few years fucking around in cheap college until you decide its time to find direction, or at least pretend like you have found direction
