It would make sense with hypothermia but with hyperthermia, it doesn't.

When you shiver your muscles are creating friction against each other. This is what creates heat. Hyperthermia is when your body is too hot, so you muscles creating more heat would be a bad thing.

Tremors/seizures can take place in certain cases. Is that what you mean? "Shivering" is a response to lack of heat in body. "shivering" during hyperthermia may be something that is superficially similar but not related to true shivering?
