the end justifies the means? reproducing is the main objective to animals. But it's disruptive to our societal structure so it's not condoned. Women still get fucked against their will in plenty of societies in the world though.

Obviously (though we'll agree to disagree on the exact proportion.) This isn't the issue though. You're basically saying that it's not a big deal if men can legally beat their wives because >99% will have the common decency not to. Having an unbalanced and easily abuseable legal system is always bad in itself.
