What we have here is an ironic meme spliced together from several smaller memes of varying amounts of rareness and dankness. This kind of meme, as doctor and memeologist J. Dorlel notes, is ensured rareness as it is too cryptic and unrelatable to appeal to all but the smallest number of Internet denizens. Therefore, it's guaranteed to be rare, but not necessarily dank.

We can tell by the watermarks, EXIF data, and "Made in China" sticker that this meme is not OC. That lowers its dankness considerably. Anyone, you see, can repost a meme. That doesn't mean reposts are valueless; repost culture is essential to the spread and growth of memes, after all. It's just something to keep in mind.

Now let us turn to to composition. We have a pixelated, aesthetic background; a white box on the lower left with the words "CATS EYES," an inspiration quote in white running across the top, and several important historical figures on the right. One of these figures has a symmetrical face; another has his eyes extended with MS-Paint. Really, there's just so much coming at you. Like I mentioned before, it sacrifices multiple elements in order to focus on irony.

Factoring in the irony, repost nature, and overall aesthetic appeal of this meme, I'd value it at 3 leaves out of 5

What I've got here is a meme that's been in my family for 4 generations. My great great grandmother purchased it on her trip to Memeistan and it was then given to her daughter who gave it to my uncle who gave it to me to apologize for molesting me at a young age
