Thanks. I'm reasonably sure I can get my stuff back, but I am currently out of love with btrrfs. It's a great file-system for all its features, but when you have an actual error it can reach a state where all you can do is try to extract your stuff onto another drive. My only real dilemma is that by "porn" I mean "everything and also some porn" and by "drive" I mean a 42TB asymmetrical raid 5, for which i don't necessarily have a convenient large drive to copy stuff over to. Also to use a new configuration that is not btrfs, I have to stick with only one size of disk (8tb), retiring a lot of perfectly good 4tb drives.

I just bought my gf her first item of latex clothing because I heard her say that fake latex was just as good as regular latex. It's a pair of black latex shoulder gloves.

The gloves are very dull and my gf commented that they don't seem any different to her shitty dishwashing gloves. We went online to learn about how to properly manage and wear latex. That's where I learnt that I should probably have ordered some silicone-based lubricant to shine the gloves, and make them easier (ie, possible) to put on.

My question is, can I use the same silicone-based lubricant for both lubricating the clothing for wearing, and for shining? And will any silicone-based lubricant work, even the stuff from the supermarket?

Fragrance free, and condom friendly.. yeah, it should be fine. As a dressing aid, I find it easier to put the lube on the inside latex (as opposed to my skin), and slide the garment on. Depending on how much you use, you'll have a minute or two to adjust what you put on, before the lube starts to get absorbed, and the latex starts to get that second-skin feel.
