This is cool and stuff, but what qualifies as a pinup? I see they are all professional/studio quality with strong colors and one subject, plus varying poses, but is there anything else?

I think the purpose of these threads is to be Stellify's dumping outlet. He used to use the high res threads, but those got hijacked by other people, so he left.

But maybe I'm way off.

Not quite... people complained a lot about what /s/ has turned into, so I started posting. I left the hi res threads at 69 thinking that it would die, but it seems to be going strong, couldn't be happier...

… How is that projection? The high res threads used to be maintained and contributed to almost exclusively by Stellify. Then other people started contributing more, and then Stellify left. How is it not unreasonably to think maybe there was a causal relationship between these two occurrences?

Most professional photographers would tell you that most pinups are sexy WITH clothing on. Family and Metart both identity themselves as erotica art studios which are different than pinups.
