Due to water pollution a lot of ocean caught fish contain quite a lot of heavy metals. And by quite a lot I mean a measurable amount and not zero like it should be. I don't know if true but I suspect fresh water fish lack these pollutants. There is a reason why pregnant women are told to avoid seafood for the duration of their pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

I was planning on going for a run then cooking salmon, but I was feeling tired on my way home from work and decided to just get a burrito. Now I'm too full to exercise and will just sit in front of my computer all night.
