Basically all the pull-ups bars that are like 10$ are rated for 220lbs. I weight 167lbs and do weighted pull-ups with 22lbs on my chest (vest) never had a problem. I'll pump them out set after set.

Even have been swinging on it and doing things like knee raises and oblique Raises.

I don't know. I feel like I have something to say here, since I've been feeling a lot of things recently, but I don't have anything to type.

i feel stupid because i'm having a hard time with electric potential in my electricity & magnetism class. not many people in that class are doing much better, but i was doing pretty well at the beginning of the semester and now i can barely wake up in the morning and i'm already addicted to energy drinks again.

i hate that i'm such a bad procrastinator that i put off getting an override AND a late course-add form for this class i wanted to take. it's only offered every other year.

i wish i was more motivated to go to the gym. i feel so tired after school and work.

i hate living in this shithole apartment. i hate not having a car.

i hate being so bad at debating anything. i work with a really conservative guy and every time we debate some topic, he always uses some weird fringe conservatard logic to make his point.

I looked in the mirror a few hours ago and something changed, but I can't really figure out what.
