most embarassing stuff from school was when I had to go in front of people with speeches/performing.

first time was reading something for our year work. I had paper with everything I wrote down and had to speak, they didn't have anything to put it on so I had to carry it in my hands. Was my first time so I was really nervous and hands were shaking so much it was like I was shaking it up and down... then my voice started cracking while I was talking. I was carrying a microphone in my left hand too, and talking on a microphone so it amplified my voice badly and made more difficult to control the paper.
The same as that happened later in high school with a speech in front of class. I ended up going up to nearest desk (which a girl was sitting on but I was spilling too much spaghetti at the time I didn't realise) and put it down while reading off it. after I realised someone was sitting there I backed up a bit to make it less worse, then tried to continue reading it with it there.

Also did performances for music infront of school. the first time was infront of class and I couldn't remember half of it and was really bad. then I did infront of teacher and was still as nervous, but remembered most that time.
Then again I performed infront of the whole school this time, I 'blanked' out during the start of the solo and stuffed up my note really bad then my hands were shaking and I couldn't control them when the solo started (building up to it i got more and more nervous that when I started I couldn't physically play). but after like 5 seconds I started getting it and it went alrihgt but it sounded terrible for like 20 seconds.

after that I got over performing. could perform technical songs (like fast technical solos) fine... but still speaking infront of people I couldn't do. Probably because in a stage, even performing infront of 500+ you can't see the audience at all really... so I just thought of it like there wasn't anyone there and it was fine.

Fucking this. I've performed a solo in front of several hundred people but the way they have the lights set up makes the audience area look pitch black from the stage. I love it.
