What? The reason they're on eggshells and the reason they're racist are closely connected. If you thought black people were the same as you, you wouldn't walk on eggshells around them from worry that they would hurt or kill you in response to a slight.
Also a lot of the situation is from blowback from PC/SJWs gone mad- anons blow off steam because a white guy saying anything even remotely questionable would be fired from their job and become a social pariah equivalent to a child molester.

I guess I'm a racist. I think that it is very likely that people of different genetic backgrounds have statistically differing abilities (and that they don't balance out).

However, I don't hold any hatred in my heart towards anyone because of their race. I don't use this 'belief' to boost my ego. Their are plenty of people of all races smarter, more driven, and more empathetic than me. It's just in this subset there are statistically some groups that are probably over represented and others that are underrepresented. I don't believe in any laws or policies that discriminate on the basis of race either. I'm also fine with 'race-mixing'.

Analyses revealed that African-American males who carry the 2-repeat allele are significantly more likely than all other genotypes to engage in shooting and stabbing behaviors and to report having multiple shooting and stabbing victims. The limitations of the study are discussed and suggestions for future research are offered.

Most people are just prejudice meaning they have preconceived stereotypes about people of different background but don't openly hate them simply on their skin color. I'm not defending anything black people do and I agree with a lot of the points seen as "racist" but I deal with black people on a daily basis and I don't hate all of them on a deep level a true racist would. True racism is a very small minority and has been for a long time, people just like to label any negative racial preconceptions as racism.
