yes, I'm used to the food. Been eating clean and organic since 4 years ago. Told myself I may become a NEET shut in but I at least won't be an obese NEET shut in at risk of heart attack.
Any dank, organic plants or substances out there to help a robot out with major stomach bloat? By which I mean, something I can take without being a Pharma Cuck?
For reference, my usual daily diet consists of:
>scrambled eggs with chili, onion and peppers
>with side of beans
>orange juice with pulp
and dinner, when I eat it, consists of:
>lean chicken breast or fish fillet
>broccoli and/or cauliflower
What am I doing wrong?
Oh I'm not anorexic desu
I'll eat like 3 to 4 or 5 scrambled eggs.
And liberally apply fresh goat cheese on top too.
And when I eat din din I'll have a hearty filling of the main meat-dish (again, chicken or fish mostly, sometimes beef cutlets or pork chicharrones like pic related)
Won't milkshakes just give me even more gassy stomach though?
