I feel as if my gyno is starting to grow back. I've always been a skinnyfat piece of shit, but this year i've put on a bit of muscle from doing pushups daily.

I was a timid fuck when I got my surgery, so I didn't really ask any questions. The doctor just briefly explained to me the procedure and how his focus isn't so much on removing the extra breast tissue, but to make sure there is contour in my chest so it doesn't look like I have tits. There definitely is contour, but it feels like my tits sticks out a bit too much.

Also, after the surgery, you have to wear a this tight vest for a few months while your chest heals. It's incredibly itchy.

Yeah I have the same thoughts. I have to be at least ~22% bodyfat with that gun and those tits. If I do some cardio and lifting (hell, bodyweight exercises still give me a good workout, i have very little muscle mass). I think once I hit around ~15% bodyfat, I should look a lot more fit
