Fiber is the stupidest fucking meme ever. For a few months I pretty much lived on milk, protein powder, and frozen fruit. I shat beautiful perfect pellets like a mouse. I decided to add some candy bars, these fiber one things looked good. It ended with me shitting blood and ripping open my asshole with each shit for the next couple weeks. I didn't even get gas like mont people joke about with fiber one, just the bleeds.
They really should put a warning on the box. Like yuro cuck cigarettes have gore on the boxes they should put butthole gore on fiber one boxes. The worst part is they taste really good and those quaker chocolate oatmeal chew bars don't even come close, but at least my butt is intact.
They obviously worked for me, I shat a brick. I'm assuming it works for everyone similarly. I was drinking 3qts milk a day and 2qts water at this point, plus the occasional canned soda when offered one, dehydration was not an issue. I don't really think there is a proper way to consume fiber either, just shoot for 40g/day is all I could even think of offering as advice on the matter.
