>Tfw not everyone has seen season 1-3 of community

>tfw I left my friends just like Pierce

Chandler from Friends
>stuck in job (in my case uni major) I don't really like just because don't know what else to do
>always try to make a joke in the most inappropriate situations
>only way do deal with awkward/sad/stressful situations is through humor most people don't even think is funny
>have feelings for one of my best friends
How do I deal with my character leaving?

Anon, are you me?
I don't really have a lot of TV related feels
>>26376539
I don't know, maybe.
How do you deal with being in love with your friend?

It's so precious when two people who think they are unique do the 'are you me?' thing not realising it's a fucking normal thing that a lot of people do.
It's fucking Friends for christ sake. All the characters are normie archetypes that are relatable and appeal to the most people possible. Friends is possibly the most popular sitcom of all time for a reason you insufferable nincompoops.

I understand you identify with a fictional character.
But some of you take it too far. Why?
>>26377266
>implying Phoebe is relatable
Yes, the characters posess a lot of traits that a majority of people can relate to, but I still think it's unusual that you can relate to each of a character's traits.
Also: Xander (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)

Chandler is the most normie and common archetype of the lot so it's not as unusual as you think.
Also Phoebe is there to fulfil the 'weird' friend fantasy that normies seem to have. There's always one girl in the group who plays guitar and everyone has to go to their open-mic shows at which everyone posts on social media about how ''''''talented'''''' said weird friend is.

We have no one else to relate to and therefore feel that these characters are real
Imagine if your best friend suddenly left or worse, turned shitty and made you want to stop hanging out after years together

Have you considered talking to her about it?
I did recently and she was really understanding about it. She said she always thought I was cute and she really liked me and if we had met under different circumstances she'd absolutely date me. But right now she's in love with someone else.
I was sad for a moment, thought things would be weird between us now that she knew, but she told me not to worry, she wouldn't let things get weird. She said she'd love to hang out with me more. She also said that this wasn't a definite rejection and that I should give her time to sort things out, it might turn out different than we thought in the end.

Well, I'm really happy for you and wish you the best but I'm too scared to tell her.
We have a great friendship, probably the best I've ever had, and I don't want to ruin it.
>2 days until Waves
who else is fucking ready
pic related is literally me.
>>26378387
I didn't want to either and I probably wouldn't have done it if I wasn't tipsy, but you should go for it. If she's really your friend, she will understand.
