>What happens if you have a genuine talk with any non-shallow girl on omegle for a few hours

not the first time things went like this for me.
>>
Happened to me a couple of times because my habit, that of insta-disconnecting on everyone who didn't use proper capitalization and punctuation, was pretty successful in filtering out all retards and, surprisingly, yielded a satisfying amount of females; not that it had ever mattered.

I would disconnect on them after the conversation got good because I liked to pretend to prove to myself that I defy the stereotype of a thirsty male.
>>
>>26350760
Sounds like you actually do. But that shouldn't mean that you walk away from opportunities that can satisfy you, beyond just your thirst even.

> non-shallow girl on omegle

no such thing
>>
>>26350783
But they did satisfy me. I remember one girl who claimed to be selectively mute. I remember one girl whose conversation escapes me but which I remember I thought about intently for the next couple of hours. Then I got a Skype contact, too, which I only a year ago or so removed. Then one girl whom my disconnecting purportedly upset, or at least annoyed (she claimed after I would subsequently reconnect with her). I actually regret I remember nothing out of those. They were entertaining, unlike me.
>>
I like saying im a girl and cyber with faggots that think they are talking to one then tell them how gay they are and I am a dude
>>
>>26350866
only closet gays subconsciously 'fall' for that
>>
Well that was weird. After hours of good conversation, telling deep secrets and biggest desires, she told me that she wanted to be with me and had the time to devote herself to me in ways that other women have failed me. That she could come over after she had traveled the continent.
When I told her that I was flattered but that I though that was a bit too much, she almost started to cry. Then, when I asked her phone number because I want to stay in touch with her she said that I didn't care for her and disconnected.

Wow. Just wow. Talking about triggering.

So you dislike everything that describes things in this world in a philosophical way? Then how do fuck do you look at the world.

And why are you always just bluntly staring all day at your screen. Why the fuck don't you go out.

And why won't you ever tell me a story.

I've been infatuated with someone I met on r9k omegle for almost a year. We live on different continents so we'll probably never fucking meet.

Contradiction. Only empirical, materialistic outlooks describe. Spirits don't exist, souls don't exist, consciousness doesn't exist, only brains exist.

I draw sometimes.

Your brain is matter. It's working on electrical energy, which isn't made out of matter. Can't describe that without philosophy according to you.

Or what about the road to make a better world, or a happier life, or even sitting more comfortable so that fart comes out easy. All things you don't describe in a materialistic way but still describe.

Your drawings are shit I've seen them. How's that paper going of yours. Almost done? Ready to kill yourself yet? convinced you'll be history?

>Your brain is matter. It's working on electrical energy, which isn't made out of matter. Can't describe that without philosophy according to you.

The error here is the presupposition that 'matter' is a meaningful concept to begin with. You're basing your dualistic worldview on the distinction between 'material' and 'non-material' components of the world, but that division is arbitrary and not real. In reality, there is no classification that energy != matter, and there, that's it, described. Physical reality requires more elaboration than that. There are kinds of energy, there are equations, formulas, min and max values, distributions, and so on. It is the practical, down-to-earth necessity of digging into those that my dismissal of consciousness was pointing to, not the simplistic notion that 'only matter exists' which describes nothing.

>Your drawings are shit

I know.

>How's that paper going of yours.

I'm writing no paper. A compilation of my posts... I'm waiting for that one poster who apparently has the four months missing from archive.moe on desustorage.org to provide them, then I would download a snapshot of the latter which its admin has promised he would provide and proceed to write the script finding my posts.

>>
>>26352420
>t 'matter' is a meaningful concept to begin with.
you're right anon words have no meaning other than what we give to them. Or are you claiming there's not such a thing as matter and something that is not matter?
>Physical reality requires more elaboration than that.
I could call you a fag and it would need more elaboration. I could state that you're a raging homosexual who enjoys to tickle his own asshole with a feather thinking back of all the great discussions he won nitpicking about the true meaning of words. That would be more accurate, but it would still not be in depth enough. It would never be completely enough to describe just how much of a homosexual you are. That's why, lacking anything that fully describes you, we use a term that describes it in a general sense. In a philosophical sense. In that sense, you're a faggot.
>>
>>26350719
I ended up meeting up with a couple girls, we had intense all day sex, then I went radio silent after I moved. I occasionally keep in touch with all of them but it's more like them trying to bait me into a response that shows I care?

I stop talking after that. I'm not going to involve myself with cucking some dude that genuinely likes (or is in love with) some Stacy. It's not right.
>>
>>26352501
>you're right anon words have no meaning other than what we give to them.

That's neither what I said nor something I would say, not even because it's rife with religious connotations.

'Existence' is a tenuous concept anyway. Existence is discussed too much, while we should be discussing relevance. Relevance is located in empirical science, such as physics, and in abstractions necessary to discuss empirical science, such as mathematics. Whole swathes of what's called 'philosophy' are splendidly useless for that purpose: they could disappear from human brains and nothing, no bit of ability of mankind to do things, would be lost.
>>
>>26352524
Hey. Yes, I remember you from the follow-up thread; thank you for your bumps. I suppose if that anon did decide to share their posts, they'd post on desustorage.org/desu. Or you could ask its admin or IRC if he's been contacted. I did that a month ago and back then, he hadn't been yet.

>some philosophists a few thousand years ago talked about one topic too much that I think isn't the right topic

You're right absolutely the reason to just disregard having any philosophical sense. You understand that the whole western society is build on philosophical and reli-ethical aspects, right? The only thing making Europe so strong and beautiful, is that we endlessly discuss the meaning and relevance of everything which gives us insight in how to actually do it.

Also your entire post is a description of your point of view about the topic philosophy. In that sense, you just gave your own philosophies about the topic. Not that the general philosophy student in America would agree (they're all cock suckers anyway), but philosophy is more than the idea's they shared and discussed thousands of years ago. It's also the idea's we share and discuss now. In fact most forms of communication are build on philosophy, with the occasional exception when talking about occurrences.
>>
>>26352420
>proceed to write the script finding my posts.
How would you do that anonymous?
>>
>>26352556
(In other words, if maths were forgotten, it would have to be rapidly reinvented because without it, we wouldn't be able to construct things. But if so-called philosophy were forgotten, then, excepting a couple of useless parasitic university departments, the society would go on as usual, if not much better. That's the proper demarcation.)
>>
>>26352658
Excuse this filthy post for it's poor auto-correct.
>>
>>26352666
Nice try. No, really.

I'll share one fact with you though, that I had far too late into the design phrase than I should have:

You can narrow the search (i.e., the amount of posts to verify manually) A LOT by not only automatically dismissing the posts you're sure not to have made, but also the *threads* you're sure not to have posted in. E.g., in my case, game threads, porn threads, and so on.
>>
>>26352658
You're nilsaying.
>>
>>26352743
No, you are. By disregarding what I said you effectively made your post meaningless because it's talking to 'nothing'.

Ad Hominem, motherfucker. Just because you're choosing not to accept me doesn't mean I can't make a point. Everything is philosophy and our society is build on it.

>>
>>26352959
>Maybe you are daily proven that you're wrong.

I don't find appeal to ignorance, 'you can always be wrong', a particularly interesting fallacy to reply to. So no repartee here. Sorry.
>>
>>26353004
What's the agreed-upon difference? Honest question.
>>
>>26353006
Where right and wrong are (by all means philosophical) terms to describe a side of a 2d spectrum, you as human being will never be able to take all the sides that are relevant to the case to account and thus you are always wrong. There's never an absolute truth, so you're always partially wrong. This is why we use philosophy to describe the world, because objectively speaking we could use mathematical formulae or other forms of description, but they would not be able to grasp all the information and detail into one smooth looking expression. Philosophy can, by feeling and reasoning, express this far better.

You don't appeal to ignorance, yet you've called me ignorant before and still appeal to me. Is it that you are blind to your own false - or has your life been dedicated to misguidance and misleading those who read whatever you may post?
>>
>>26353152

>I'm so enlightened I'm not human

Delusions of grandeur, my fellow human. Also gr8 how you ad hominem'ed my whole argument just because you feel you've surpassed any humanity.

Seeing you talk I always get the idea in my head of a little kid who starts to be so sarcastic towards any ideology or philosophy he actually starts to believe his shit doesn't stink and he's surpassed humanity.
>>
>>26352629
You don't understand anon I wanted a bullet. Meh.
>>
>>26353279
>Delusions of grandeur

No, the opposite. Rejection of free will and self-reduction in consideration of claims to what's physical. 'You're a faggot', 'you're evil', 'you're mentally ill', the non-factual component of those is ignored. Call me a faggot, and I will look at areas of my brain responsible for sexual arousal. Call me evil, and I will look at those responsible for statistically committing acts met with saying 'you are evil!'. Call me mentally ill, and I will look at nurtural and nurtural markers of schizophrenia.
>>
>>26353334
In short, insults towards me are not reacted to; they are converted into their nearest verifiable equivalents and verified.
>>
>>26353334
So you're saying you absolutely don't see any way this world could get better or worse, stronger or weaker, greater or smaller, by enforcing certain beliefs or philosophies?

I never called you mentally ill. I just think you're extremely delusional but you love yourself so much you're convincing yourself that this delusion is actually the truth and the rest of the world is wrong.

I have sympathy for the weak, empathy for the ill, empathy for the brave and empathy for those who admit wrong. But for you, someone effectively less useful in society than a murderer simply because he carries no message at all, I have no empathy. I've always been looking for a a reason to find a truth in your words. A meaning. Something to empower this world. But they're empty shells of something that looks similar like political correctness only far more meaningless.

Since you don't believe in philosophy this wouldn't bother you. But I know what this world is build on, what it does good and wrong and what people need to some extend. Disregarding all of that because it's not objective enough makes you by far the most backwards person I've ever met.

The worst part is, you're not even trolling.
>>
>>26353446
>you're saying you absolutely don't see any way this world could get better or worse, stronger or weaker, greater or smaller, by enforcing certain beliefs or philosophies

It definitely could, and science can ascertain that. Certain religions are harmful, as are certain semi-religious beliefs such as in free will.

>I never called you mentally ill. I just think you're extremely delusional

You brought a genuine smile to my face. I don't want the time you've invested in this thread to go unappreciated. I really, really appreciate the creativity of your insults. We might not like each other if we met IRL, but I want to smile at you across the Internet and communicate that I'm really impressed.
>>
>>26353526
>Certain religions are harmful, as are certain semi-religious beliefs such as in free will.
Religion also build this world. So you're at least half wrong. And no I am not pro religion.

I'm glad I made you smile. Human after all. You may not carry a message, at least you'll die knowing you've lived. I really, really appreciate that you waste your life to say something completely meaningless too.
