I started lifting/running and taking care of myself because I was feeling like shit. I started falling deeper into my depression, smoking more, drinking more, just throwing my body to the wayside. It needed to stop, or I really was going to kill myself.
You don't lift for a gf, or for anyone other than yourself.
I seriously doubt you have some rare genetic condition preventing you from gaining weight. Just eat properly and track your macros for a couple of weeks........Or, keep drinking titty juice, become a phlegmy cunt, and develop horrible acne.

I'm not that guy but I always thought I ate a lot, until I actually started counting my calories, was very surprised at how little I was actually getting. Milk certainly helped. And it's not intended as a lasting solution to being underweight, but it sure helps

You would be far, FAR better off if you switched it out for homemade smoothies and shakes, as an easy way to consume calories. This doesnt have to be expensive either, you can use loads of oats (decent for protein), bananas etc.
In comparison to to homemade shakes, which can be both healthy and highly calorific, milk is absolutely shit-tier.

And I would again have the same recommendation. You must have a fast metabolism, but milk isn't really healthy in any way and is not optimal if you're looking to optimise your health or body.
You can still drink a large amount of calories, protein, and other overlooked micronutrients by making shakes. Just throw in a load of oats, bananas, peanut butter, syrup, whatever else. This will again be very calorific, but it is much healthier and tastier than milk.

There's no nutrient in milk that can't be found elsewhere. But, unlike milk, much of the other natural sources of calcium aren't loaded with hormones, bovine estrogen, and antibiotics.
You're also probably quiet young. There are population studies which I can't be bothered to find right now which demonstrate that countries who consume more dairy have higher instances of hip fractures (proxy for bone deterioration) later in life. This is because of metabolic acidosis, your body will leech calcium out of your bones and muscle to buffer it.
Cow titty juice is shit tier and most people interested in health and nutrition accept this.
I lift and lift a lot, but I've come ot abhor going to the gym due to the normies fucking everywhere. Girls whoring it up in the weights area, pop music, chads... It makes me REE just thining about it.

I bought some dumbbells awhile ago so I can exercise and improve my arm strength. That plus walking to work everyday, eating better and drinking less means I've dropped a ton of weight this past year.
But I'm still terrible with women. I don't get out much so I rely on online dating and few women are interested on tinder and okcupid. A girl at work said she'd fancy me if I was more outgoing but I won't be because I'm still a wreck mentally

No one claims milk will make you drop dead, or that you will manifest serious ailments quickly (if at all). But it's not 'healthy', there are far better sources of calcium that don't have any of the potential associated health risks, i.e leafy greens. There is nothing magical about milk, no special molecule.
