I don't have a high pitched voice, but a have a slight lisp and a fuckin terrible stutter, made worse only by the fact that I talk way too much.
Someone in school once pulled a pocket knife on me because he didn't like the way I sounded.

I don't sound too immature but would say my voice is at about the 17 year old level. I'm 26 but most people wouldn't guess I'm above 20. And I could be projecting but I don't think people take me as seriously as if I sounded my actual age.
