I just ate lots of eggs and greens and cottage cheese, counted calories, and biked every night for 20 minutes or more. Really try to get your heart pumping and your muscles burning when you exercise.
I lost about 50 lbs doing that over the course of a year. The only hard part is making sure you never stop trying. People like the girl in the OP pic binge and then just give up because "it's ruined" or something. If you fuck up and binge eat once, you have to go right back to what you were doing with your diet and exercise, and it will all be fine.

Anyway, you can do it by yourself but you just have to try. I didn't want to be seen, so I exercised at night. If you have a bike, there is no better way to lose weight. If biking is very hard or you don't have one, just remember that you don't need anything to burn calories. You just have to move around. You can do calisthenics. You could literally just flap your arms and legs around and you'd be burning calories. Just exert yourself, rest when you need it, and try some more. The calorie burning is residual, so the only thing you need to be sure of is that you're trying to move around and be active as much as you can.

If not, that shouldn't discourage you from using it. Think of it like work. You just want to get in and get out. Just force yourself to go and accomplish what you want. Make sure you stay safe though if you go alone.

I've lost 123 lbs in a year so far. I've been doing it like the others with counting calories and sticking mostly to lean meat like fish, chicken and pork loin as well as vegetables like broccoli, frozen green beans, zucchini and carrots. I also enjoy cottage cheese like >>26313508 and will sometimes replace a meal with a protein powder shake.
A few tips I have for you is to purchase a digital kitchen scale to help measure your food and make sure you count the calories in oil if you use that in cooking. Making homemade popcorn can be a life saver if you get cravings and need a crunchy snack since a cup is only about 30-45 calories.
Tonight is actually my first night in a year when I went fucking crazy and ate a lot. Half a bag of chips and I had made banana peanut butter ice cream and ate it. I feel like a failure even though one night isn't going to destroy me. I don't know why, but I have been completely ravenous lately and I don't know why.

I used to lie and tell people online I was 310 lbs when I started, but it's silly to lie about it when 310 lbs is just as atrocious for my height. I still have quite a long way to go.

Literally just counted calories and ate healthier while making sure to add an hour exercise at the very least, shit like lifting and running, cycling or flipping tires worked for me. I'm training to be a strongman now though.

I've tracked my weight progress religiously and it took about two weeks for me to read on the scale when I had first started. I probably look more like I'm over 400 because I'm a bit shorter than the average at 5'3.
>>26314444 I'm doing a lot of these actually and it has been helping a bit I think. I've tried washing my face with those kinds of things though and it didn't work for me. I end up using a very diluted bit of Dr. Bronner's castile soap with water once a day and using a little organic olive oil as a moisturizer and it doesn't make my face irritated. Luckily, I am a complete hermit, so I don't need the sunscreen for now, but I'll definitely keep it in mind for the future. By the way, nice quads, senpai.
