Any of you ass faggots ex fatties? What was your diet plan and how did it work out for you
>>
>>26313426
Lost 110lbs, counted every calorie
>>
i was a great big fatty for a long time until i just got sick of it one day and started starving myself.
starvation really worked for me. i went from 190 lbs. to 120 lbs. within a year.

I just ate lots of eggs and greens and cottage cheese, counted calories, and biked every night for 20 minutes or more. Really try to get your heart pumping and your muscles burning when you exercise.

I lost about 50 lbs doing that over the course of a year. The only hard part is making sure you never stop trying. People like the girl in the OP pic binge and then just give up because "it's ruined" or something. If you fuck up and binge eat once, you have to go right back to what you were doing with your diet and exercise, and it will all be fine.

if the progress pic triggers people, the mod will probably delete it and ban me anyway
>>
Try eating 70% of maintenance calories and keep like 40percent of those calories as protein and you should be fine. You don't even need to exercise honestly
>>

Jesus did your beard fill in more or did being a fatty turn your cheeks into neck also
>tfw 400 poundaros

>>
>>26313522
No point in being skinny if you aren't /fit/ might as well be fat
>>
>>26313564
being skinny is the first step to being /fit/ though

if you're strong but fat as shit, you'll look fat as shit

>>26313550
well I was 17ish in the first photo and 20 in the second, so the beard filled in

Anyway, you can do it by yourself but you just have to try. I didn't want to be seen, so I exercised at night. If you have a bike, there is no better way to lose weight. If biking is very hard or you don't have one, just remember that you don't need anything to burn calories. You just have to move around. You can do calisthenics. You could literally just flap your arms and legs around and you'd be burning calories. Just exert yourself, rest when you need it, and try some more. The calorie burning is residual, so the only thing you need to be sure of is that you're trying to move around and be active as much as you can.
>>
>>26313508
This. Lost 35lb in four months.
Every once in a while I'd give myself a cheat day as something to look forward to, where I'd allow myself to eat as much as I wanted.
Ate 13,648 calories one time, it was awesome.
>>
>>26313609
I'm jelly, I'm 24 and my beard grows Muhammad mode, I have a gym membership and I used to lift in high school but it was way more fun with a friend to lift as well, kind of sucks doing it alone
>>
>>26313665
Maybe you could find somebody on r9k or fit to lift with you. There are plenty of people in your same position, it just comes down to the chance that you live around somebody.

If not, that shouldn't discourage you from using it. Think of it like work. You just want to get in and get out. Just force yourself to go and accomplish what you want. Make sure you stay safe though if you go alone.

>started dating 7/10 girl at university

>also she got fat so the image stretched beyond recognition
>went from 49kg to ~90kg in less than a year

thank god im not with her anymore. last i heard she joined the circus which is about the most satisfying end ot any chapter in my life so far
>>
>>26313727
Yeah I was going to just go alone, no one on 4chan lives in my area that isn't a maximum nigger because black area, but thread was more about dietary stuff, I found a workout routine that should help lose the pounds

Exercise (a lot more walking)
Eating a lot less calories
Fasting

Still single and I lost all that weight like 2-3 years ago now. Sucks to be me.
>>
>>26313770
>dietary stuff

high protein really does work

second, look to raw vegetables for most of the food volume you'll be eating. It's low calorie as fuck. You'll have trouble eating enough if you stop eating so much meat and bread.
>>
>>26313777
Stop wearing graphic tees and grow a proper haircut, you'll probably do better
>>
I've lost 123 lbs in a year so far. I've been doing it like the others with counting calories and sticking mostly to lean meat like fish, chicken and pork loin as well as vegetables like broccoli, frozen green beans, zucchini and carrots. I also enjoy cottage cheese like >>26313508 and will sometimes replace a meal with a protein powder shake.

A few tips I have for you is to purchase a digital kitchen scale to help measure your food and make sure you count the calories in oil if you use that in cooking.
Making homemade popcorn can be a life saver if you get cravings and need a crunchy snack since a cup is only about 30-45 calories.

Tonight is actually my first night in a year when I went fucking crazy and ate a lot. Half a bag of chips and I had made banana peanut butter ice cream and ate it. I feel like a failure even though one night isn't going to destroy me. I don't know why, but I have been completely ravenous lately and I don't know why.

I'm 25 now. I have the same hair due to my occupation (military). But I just wear PJs and hoodies now and never leave the house except for work.
>>
>>26313828
Are you still in boot or something? I thought the no guard was a entry haircut and after you got out you could do whatever you wanted as long as the hair didn't go over the ears. Also gfs, aren't what they're cracked up to be, they bitch and moan about everything, everything you want from one can be given by an escort
>>
>>26313824
Are you that girl with rosacea?
>>
>>26313888

No I'm not a boot anymore. But I don't like the high and tight haircut. I don't like girls knowing I'm in the military. At first I did but then I realize that don't impress them much.

I'm just trying to get a more muscular frame now.

And yes that hair rule is right. Not over the ears and like less than (3 or 4?) inches on top. You can gel it down but I don't like that look either.
>>
>>26313922
Ive always liked the regulation and undercut, undercut is actually really popular and if you have the right type of hair it looks really good faded to 1

What is rosacea
>>
>>26313966
May try that one. Once I release I'm going to try for a police career or corrections officer. The army wasn't all it was cracked up to be honestly. Then again I did pick infantry as a trade so maybe why.
>>
>>26313989
It's a condition that makes you look like your cheeks and nose are flushed almost all the time.
There are a few different types, but I lucked out with the kind that just looks kind of like I'm blushing instead of getting acne on top of it.
>>
>>26314005
Being a cop right now probably isn't a good idea considering how the media is pretty much trying to kill you all, but if you really want to you should go use your gi bill to get a degree in criminal justice so you can get on a track to be an old salty detective. Look in the bright side about your military career though, they'll pay you a few shekels a month for the rest of your life now
>>
>>26314022
Checkd. How fat were you to begin with? And progress pics?
>>
>>26313426
I wasn't really fat just overweight but all I did was eat less, I know it triggers most of you when I say calories in clalories out but it really is that easy

I don't know my exact weight since the scale I had didn't go past 350 lbs. I guess I should be saying I've lost AT LEAST 123 lbs in the year. I used to lie and tell people online I was 310 lbs when I started, but it's silly to lie about it when 310 lbs is just as atrocious for my height. I still have quite a long way to go.

Sorry about the cottage cheese legs in the last photo. I looked everywhere, but couldn't find my leggings that day.

>>26314144
You have it as well? Is there anything you've noticed that causes you to have a flare-up? I feels like everything and anything does and I get flare-ups easily since I can become flustered at the drop of a hat. Even though it doesn't bother me too much besides the burning, I do hope it doesn't get worse with age.
>>
>>26314337
You're gonna be a qt when you're done :3
Good job
I've seen your story before
>>
>>26314337
It's fine, you look like you were over 400 to start with but you can start to see how your body shape is now that you're losing it, once you thin up you're going to be a bombshell
>>
>>26314326

>>26314311
pretty much the plan too beta for anything else suicide by food
>>
I used to be like 350, am 240ish now. 6'4.

Literally just counted calories and ate healthier while making sure to add an hour exercise at the very least, shit like lifting and running, cycling or flipping tires worked for me. I'm training to be a strongman now though.
>>
>>26314377
>240
Pics?doc told me 240 would be me at about 15% body fat so I'm curious of what my body shape would look like
>>
>>26314337
Eat right loose weight ( this will help), don't drink much, wash ur face with lotion or sorbelene NOT clenser and practise meditation. WEAR SUNSCREEN THIS WILL STOP IT FROM GETTING WORSE. And if non of this works go to a derm and ask for retinol or if u have the money get laser treatments, they are not that expensive and they really work

>>
>>26314448
Yeah I've seen the Google pics but I'm sure the above average height we share plays a role in how it looks as well so just wanted to see someone who fit my bodies MO
>>
>>26314351
Thanks, anon! This is why I need to stop posting though. People are starting to recognize me too much and I'm worried about saying something extra dumb.

>>26314356
Thank you for the compliment as well! If I had to make a guess, I'd say I was most likely around 370-380 lbs. I've tracked my weight progress religiously and it took about two weeks for me to read on the scale when I had first started. I probably look more like I'm over 400 because I'm a bit shorter than the average at 5'3.

>>26314444
I'm doing a lot of these actually and it has been helping a bit I think. I've tried washing my face with those kinds of things though and it didn't work for me. I end up using a very diluted bit of Dr. Bronner's castile soap with water once a day and using a little organic olive oil as a moisturizer and it doesn't make my face irritated. Luckily, I am a complete hermit, so I don't need the sunscreen for now, but I'll definitely keep it in mind for the future.
By the way, nice quads, senpai.
