Cork and Clare are comfy counties, but barely any jobs in cork and Clare is isolated. If you're into urban environments go to cork, otherwise Clare.

Anyone else think that people on the east coast have a much more cynical mentality than those in the west or midlands? On the east coast, there seems to be a much larger proportion of knackers whereas people in the west seem more easy going

I'm in Louth, I haven't really been West so I can't say much about that, but there are certainly a lot if knackers here, just another reason to hate the place.
