IF you do, I can give you insight from my position, basically same situation but role reversal. There was one time where I was the younger party. Terrible at social interaction though, so it always ended with a cutoff.

completely depends on the person. until I grew a beard, people would ask me if they were going to have to deal with working within child labor laws during interviews. I grew the thing out specifically just to stop dealing with that. I kept it after hire mostly just because I'm too lazy to shave. At the same time, I know people who are like, 15 and look 21.
