No these hats are exclusively white high school kid core. I saw this shit all the time in hs and even a little bit in college (I think they've finally gone out of style). Usually accompanied by some Odd Future or Young Lean style gear while holding a longboard or something equally as cringe-worthy.

The only black people I see wearing these are famous people, but famous people wear all kinds of crazy shit anyways. That's how these awful trends start in the first place.
