it's a decent start and helped me. Don't do tabs yet when ur first starting out.

those are called power chords aka babby's first chords. unless the tab has 0's (which means play open) or x (which means mute) then only play the strings with numbers

The end of the tab should have an o for open stings and an x for the ones you don't play. Usually with power chords it is just the 2 shown.

You need to use the lower half of your main finger to mute the thinnest strings and use the tip of it to mute the top, thickest string.

I remember when I started learning and it was a bitch, just keep at it for a few weeks and it'll be easy to play these chords
