I just got home from work and the first thing i did was shove pizza rolls in the microwave, start up the stovetop, and pull out the bread, jelly, and peanut butter
proceeded to go to my room with 2 plates of food, a pbj sandwich, and a soda in my arms
just fucking kill me. I've watched my face slowly get fatter and fatter over the past year. I gained 60 fucking pounds in one year. Now everytime I'm watching anime on my phone and the screen goes black i see my disguting slob face
iktf. ive gained close to that much over the last year or so as well. the worst part aside from the incessant bouts of self loathing is that i wish i was a small thin girl. instead im an overweight hairy caveman. what a drag.

You need to eat lots of fresh fruits and switch to a low-fat organic diet (meat clogs your body up and fat makes you fat). Grape juice is great for flushing out the toxins and hydration, drink at least a gallon of it every day.
Do 30 crunches every day to tone your midsection and lose that stubborn belly-fat fast.
