>sleep for 12 hours
I'm always tired. No matter how much or little sleep I get, no matter if I'm out and active or sitting around shitposting, no matter whether I eat healthy or go to McDonalds, no matter what time of year it is. I always feel like I could use a nap.
since I know there's a bazillion normies here now, you guys tell me - what's it like being awake and energetic as your default state?
oversleeping will often make you just as tired as not sleeping enough. I'm not a professional but if there isn't something seriously wrong with you, you just have to find and stick to a real sleeping pattern. Most people only need 6-8 hours if u go into deep sleep, but if something stops you from completing your sleep cycle then you normally sleep longer.
I've done that, back when I was wagecucking. I reliably went to sleep between nine and ten most nights and got up at six every day. even after months of it I still felt like I was getting way too little sleep, and was pretty much always tired during the day.
You might just have a sleep disorder m8. Either that or you're just depressed but i can't help you there. Luckily for you though, most americans have trouble sleeping and you would never get an appointment to have a sleep study done because there is a huge backlog of requests.
I used to have this problem to a pretty severe degree. I would wake up and sometimes it felt like I had gotten my ass kicked. My facial sinuses would swell, which makes you feel incredibly exhausted, and my body would feel fatigued all day. Drinking coffee only made it worse. Eating made it MUCH worse. Napping would help temporarily, but this sensation of overwhelming exhaustion would persist sometimes for an entire day. I tried everything listed here and more: proper diet, exercising, regular sleeping pattern, cutting back on caffeine, etc. Nothing. I got extremely lucky in that I think it just went away on its own. Occasionally it makes a roaring return and I am totally dysfunctional until I get some rest.
But I can tell you one thing that always seemed to help me: avoiding carbohydrates. I noticed that even with my good diet, I was still eating a lot of carbs. Once I cut back on them and started each protein-rich meals I noticed a pretty big difference (still tired almost all the time, but less so). Drinking water is also a kind of panacea, and it helps me, so give that a shot. Good luck anon.
here are some words from an older anon.
You are beginning to understand that days are short. That they are fleeting, and before you know it, the day is already over, and you feel the guilt of not having done anything with it.
This guilt comes from our obsession with individuality, of lone wolfing, of "self actualization" and other bullshit.
What really gives a man energy is a reason to do things, and that reason is to have a big white family.
The Jews are ruining that possibility, leaving many men without a reason to do anything. Their brains, hardwired to raise families, now shortcircuit into pornography and high carbohydrate diets.
"Depression" is one of many excuses the Jews use to shift the blame on you. It's not that Western society is fucked, no, it's a "chemical imbalance".
I feel like shit all the time too OP.
>go to the gym
>feel shitty, depressed entire workout
>feel even shittier after I'm done
>go home and just sit in the dark
Meanwhile normies are posting about the adrenaline and drive they get from the gym.
I just go because I'd commit suicide if I got fat. It's the one thing I still have.
this is just fibromyalgia, you wake up like you run over by a truck
but there is some truth to that because mental issues make that problem more severe, researches are trying to figure out what the fuck is causing it. the main hypothesis right now is a problem is the nervous system that increases pain even if its not severe.
one of the best ways to know that you have it is by squeezing the top part just above your knee, if you feel more pain than you should means you have it.
other points are neck and all basic joins
Im always tired. If I wake up at five or at 12 it doesnt really matter, because I will feel like shit anyways. If I eat too little I feel like shit. If I eat too much I feel like shit. I cant eat in the morning and I have problems eating lunch. And Im only 18.
If I don't have anything to do the next day I sleep for 10-12 hours. Shit is ridiculous, I feel like I'm wasting the day away.
But when I'm really busy the occasional 12 hour sleep is so nice. That can't be healthy
Not him, but what's the point of cutting sugar if you only have more strenght and think more about killing yourself and how much you hate life? Same with sleeping less. Only more time to suffer this bullshit, nothing else.
its not just about energy, processed foods in general makes you feel like shit and actually messes around with your hormones
here is a comprehensive document on it
there is more to it
I know that already.
I used to keep a healthy diet, to avoid sugar and eating garbage.
It was the same bullshit. We are just fucked up in the head, nothing will ever change that.
My personal misery is just realizing how fucked up the world really is and being unable to change it, combined with the fact that since we are all gonna die, it is pretty pointless anyway.
im actually starting to picking up more hobbies right now
i decided not to kill myself and give it a another go, doing something significant instead of randomly browsing the web is helping me
Good point. I do need a better diet but its really hard to eat good when I'm on the road most of the day for work. desu I can sleep for 8 hours just fine. ill be tired as fug in the morning but once I get going I'm fine
Hope that works for you.
I tried, I really did. But I guess living this life is just not my thing.
1. Clean up your diet, fruits in the morning, proteins at night, and lay off the meat.
2. Exercise daily, once in the morning (light cardio) and once at night (heavy cardio and weights).
3. Meditate daily, both forms, focus training and thought suppression.
4. Take B6, B12, and GABA supplements.
5. Take extended release ephedrine pills twice daily. (caffeine is ephedrine isn't legal in your area) Once in the morning, once midday.
6. If all else fails, Adderall or Desoxyn are options, you should really consult your doctor if it gets to that point, tho.
