Cut down on carbs. Carbs encourage the storage of fats(not completely though, you might go into ketosis and die if you're not careful).
And exercise to increase your metabolic rate. You don't have to lift weights, or run marathons. Just dedicate half an hour or so to do some push ups, squats and leg lifts.
GOMAD works in conjunction with other things IF you can maintain the exercise routine.

I was 6' low 130s for awhile then I was low 140s for long time finally in past couple months I have reached my heaviest and feel normal now and not skelly and I'm 6' 150 lbs.
Any weight/height range chart. You're about 10 stone which is definitely skinny but you should be kl. Michael Jackson was 130~ at 5'9-10 for most of his life and thats just breaking into the underweight range for someone of that height
