The league of legends community is the most cancerous community on the internet. It doesnt matter if what you say is right or wrong, logic doesnt have anything to do with the league report system. Its not based on following rules, its about fitting in socially.
If you happen to play bad one game, and someone says "repotre cancer feeder idiot x9..." you are at a larger risk of getting banned than him, even though he is breaking a rule and you're not. And if you calmly try to explain this to them, youre also at risk of getting banned for toxic behaviour because guess what, the people reviewing the tribunal are the same kind of people that call you a fucking feeder because you went 2/4, even though he went 3/7, that doesnt matter because he has more kills than you.

I already quit that game and i recommend you do the same.
But if you don't, you just have to be on the same level as them and try to fit in. Call the weakest player a feeder and ask for 9 reports in all chat. Most will just mindlessly listen to you and you will be safe from getting reported for anything because theyre already listening to you right? And if you want to go bot but youre last pick you just say "premade bot" even though you solo queue. Because for some reason premades have priority over everyone.

best advice i can give:
