I don't play a lot of dark eldar, but I can offer some advice

>don't focus on warriors, just use 1 or 2 squads
>get terrofex nades to decrease enemy sight
>take drugs
>always upgrade drakes with poisoned blades, daemonic knives and invisibility

Base parking is definitely necron. The fourth base upgrade make yours monolith moveable, it has great firepower and a fuckton of health but moves very slowly (much like the necron soldiers). If you assault someone's base with the nightbringer and a monolith they are pretty fucked.
