What have my fellow robots bought this week? I'm going to buy some Whey protein and some BCAA'S.
Been lifting the past few weeks and just eating food, want to give them both a shot. Want every help i can get since this years goal is to get a lean body.

BCAAs are a waste of time, as is preworkout
creatine and whey protein are worthwhile, but 38 dollars for 1.9lbs is ridiculous, you can get ON gold standard whey for 55 dollars for 5lbs
I hope you're doing starting strength or GSLP or something and not some meme bodypart split
This guy is correct, you don't really "need" whey protein at all, it's just convenient sometimes (especially when cutting). Protein requirements are overstated in the lifting world, you don't need anywhere near 1g/lb even on a cut.

unless you lift fasted (which is fucking retarded stop doing it) you don't need BCAAs at all, there are already plenty in your food and in your protein (if you take any)
