Orange piss doesnt really mean that youre dehydrated. The orangeness of piss dependent on how much blood is in it, hence why your poop is brown too. If you dont drink a lot, your urine will become darker, since more dead red bloodcells will have less liquid to float around in. So if the color of your urine changes from clear to yellow/orange from time to time , it just means your body works as it should. If its always really dark colored and never clear, you should drink more water though.
