There are losers who don't eat sardines. I hope you do.
I'm glad to see you eating more oily fish anon.
tried my first dine yesterday, it was good
today i picked up a few more cans of dines, different kinds. one in oil, one water, and one hot sauce
For the past 4 months, I've been eating nothing but Sardines, Mackarel, Broccolli, Mushrooms, Pears, Oranges, and brown rice with minced meat and onions for dinner.
I actually feel pretty good.
I know, anon.
I can't get past 83KG unless I overfeed.
My height forever dooms me to look like a sissy fuckboi.
sittin' here having a laugh at you fake deenz....who here /tuna/?
Plugging these Moracan bad boys
Favorite dines right here
Damn they are fine, such a robust flavor that can only com both from the native Moroccan fish preserved in that famous Moroccan olive oil.
Another type of dine?
>Jack Mackerels are like big herrings, better known as sardines. They are headless and tailless, and they measure about the length of the can (perhaps by design).
>I saw a review in the listing for the Chicken of the Sea, Mackerel, 15-Ounce Cans (Pack of 24) that said something like they were God-awful or whatever. That's obviously a subjective POV, but I personally couldn't disagree more. THEY'RE SARDINES. Someone was bound and determined to get people not to eat these fish for whatever agenda. Personally I don't distinguish them taste-wise FROM sardines or herrings; they're just about twice or 3x the size. If you like sardines, you'll like jack mackerel.
>How to fix them? I like to open the can and dump them into a colander to drain away the salt brine they are preserved in. I do that with any canned good. Once out of the can, I like to bone them and put them in containers such as GladWare Deep Dish Containers with Lids, 8 Cups (64 oz) 3 containers and put them in the fridge; I can make one can last a long while that way. The bones are edible, like those of other sardines; I just prefer not to eat them. If you need the calcium, though, that's a great natural source. Anyway, whenever I'm ready to use them, I can eat them as is, maybe warm one or two up in a pan. They're not at all salty. Sometimes I make a mackerel fried rice that's delicious too, with mushrooms, green peas, rice, then add one or two filets of mackerel. People have even made salmon croquettes except of course substituting with mackerel meat
i cant get pass 75 kg.
Height 195 cm.
I dont even know how can people eat 3 times a day. I feel like a hero if eat ... once a day :(
PS: record is 7 days without food for no reason.
spend neetbux on a good food. This meme is just to trick you into eating discusting "dines". At least with the tendies meme it actually was a tasty food. hope the meme dies soon.
>fw you eat mackerel but sardines are kinda icky
Is it because I'm Swedish? Mackerel here is in tomato sauce, while sardines are kinda sour and nasty.
My holy trinity. The hot sauce is ace, because it doesn't have any gag-inducing vinegar in it.
Mackerel has a lot less mercury than sardines too.
My delicious 'dines for the day.
Fished, canned and shipped by professionals sardines artisans just for me.
eurofag here, just bought this shit in tesco and i almost puked it up, it was horrible. This brand was the cheapest one I found. Can I have higher expectarions of more expensive brand ones?
That was your problem, bro.
Try mustard or hot sauce next time
What is that thing on the right?
>walk into sardine general
>don't like sardines
