I tend to gravitate more towards the... I don't know, anime-ish style wallpapers? I don't know how to describe it; there's a certain medium used. Oil, or watercolor. Sometimes colored pencil. All animated; I'm not big on "real life" pictures, though I do make exceptions, from time to time.

For example, this one. Again, it's pretty rare that I'll use "real life" wallpapers. It'll either be the animated shit that I've been posting, or patterns and gradients.

I have a lot of PNG wallpapers, too, that I can't upload here due to file size limits. Anyway, I think that I'm done for the night. For what it's worth, thanks for the pleasant surprise of finding out that my thread apparently took off. It did make my night a little better.

That's Chernobyl. The image is edited to include the eyes of a "bloodsucker" from the STALKER series of videogames. It used to be a .gif where the eyes would change position and then reveal a bloodsucker as a screamer type image.
