In axis cams, if you are streaming, you can add certain parameters to make the refresh rate MUCH faster at the cost of some image quality

compression: compresses the image with some quality loss, from 0 to 100

resolution: self explanatory

Example

you can also add the parameter "camera=" and a number from 1 to 4, if there are multiple cams

Youtube wasn't made for sharing illegal files. Torrent trackers (no tthe torrent protocol. Didn't say anything about that) are. This is why they're always trying to shut them down, and only some can keep staying up.

1- The owner is not breaking the law here since he's not allowing anyone to access his connection to break any laws, since you can only access his cameras, and not download/upload CP or stuff like that.

2- In case I left my router unprotected and someone remotely connected to it to use it as a proxy and did something illegal, I would be committing the small crime of leaving my router unprotected, and he would still be tried for the crimes he committed by using my router as proxy (as long as I kept logs of his real IP, of course).

If leaving the camera unprotected was a crime, then they would be tried for it, and we would be tried for our crimes (spying, entering with default passwords, which for the law constitutes "hacking", etc).
