I feel like it is surreal because I've been a fan of musclegirls/amazons for years and I've read countless stories about a shift in the balance of power in the sexes. i am 6'8" and 75kg and i eat pizza and shit but i struggle to gain weight. I have used programs and shit to count my calories and it's 3000 a day on average. sometimes way more, sometimes less. i know it's not that much but then again i dont lift/do cardio. due to my shit tier diet and years of energy drink abuse i developed a magnesium and potassium deficiency. i dont want milk to make this even worse since it has alot of calcium which is the counterpart of matgnesium/potassium. i do however eat alot of peanuts and bananas which are rich in magnesium and potassium
