Who /run/ here?
A friend of mine actually got me into running a couple months ago and I must say, I'm actually enjoying it a lot more than lifting.

I'm fatter and more lethargic now but my joints feel okay.
I started swimming the other day and I thought it was a lot tougher than running. I kind of want a lift-run-lift-swim-lift-rest-rest schedule but I'm pretty busy with school stuff to run on Tuesday.
Is there much of a point in cardio if you're working out? I stopped running consistently a month ago after I started lifting
dumbbellsand I'm not sure if I should get back into it. Does it help with losing bf%?
I love running. Used to hate it, but it's the only thing that keeps me sane anymore since my gym membership expired.

I have a new fitness plan I'm about to start that is mostly running. I've done the lift huge weights thing for a long time and have been lazy as fuck for the last few months. It's time to run this extra weight off and re-activate the Chad within.
