Highschool was pretty good. I had like two friends in the group, so I got invited to parties and stuff like that but I was mainly just tolerated instead of welcomed.

It was when school finished and I suddenly found myself an adult without a social group or the required social skills to get into one again when things started to suck.

On the down side, I had a para follow me around to snap me out of mini seizures I had. She was really nice, and we talked a lot, but over all it scared most kids away from me.

In college now, doing better socially.

There was always a rivalry between different grades for some reason, it felt like a prison, there were always a few places where the lights would be busted so you'd have school in the dark, it wasn't ghetto, suburban actually. They had some rule that anyone 10 or under couldn't go for safety reasons. They had an army of janitors to keep the place sterile I guess but they never fixed the smashed walls and broken floors. Everything was overcrowded, the cafeteria had fights and riots everyday over the stupidest fucking things. Nearly all of the students were smart and had good grades but would wreck everything they could for some fucking reason.
Teachers did nothing except for the woman I mentioned before who would slap a bunch of kids everyday. I remember someone set off a smoke grenade in the cafeteria and school was still on the next day, they made us eat lunch outside the cafeteria and it was so crowded I thought someone got trampled. Imagine a high school filled with 95% whites and asians that looks like a warzone in afghanistan. Fuck price high school.

The latter was a guy named Jon, spent all of Middle School just patrolling the perimeter of the playground. Was obviously autistic and didn't really have friends, but still garnered a weird sort of respect for how witty and cunning he could be if anyone confronted him. Could also be quite violent too.

It was like having a shark circling you during lunch time.
