I know that feel OP. I suffered from selective eating for years. I still can't stomach anything with varied textures or strong flavours.

Hypothesis: Being a picky eater is something leftover from hunter-gatherer times, when kids would usually stick with the berries they knew wouldn't kill them. What do you guys think?

I'm glad I'll eat pretty much anything (as a skelly). I'm still a manchild but at least not being afraid of food is one thing going for me if I get a gf. Imagine picking tomatos off your sandwich at a restaurant with your qt must be a turnoff.

Multiple teachers had tried to force feed me when I was a kid, which fucked me up (I don't remember how, but I was told it was a big problem)
This caused me to be skinny all my life, i have to wear coats because if I don't people look at me disgustingly
