i actually meant to post 2016. but my goals were pretty much the same last year, i did manage to lift quite consistently (only a few breaks) but no gf or hobby [if you don't count netflix or vidya]

I'm a complete weakling, but I've started doing press-ups, sit ups and lifting a huge dictionary 100 times with each are daily
Every other day I increase the numbers for everything
Can do 100 sit ups and 15 press ups now, when I could barely manage one press up on the new year
Completely given up porn, and giving no fap a go, but more to experience a wet dream than anything else
Trying to read more, and spend less time here
