Why did I have to be born with a small bladder?
Drink less the last few hours before bedtime.
Do kegel exercises.
And if it continues, use a rubber-lined sheet.Had a similar problem after giving birth

I haven't used this one. I had a disposable one I used until it wore out. I only wet the bed maybe once or twice a month, so I never really bought another.
That an my mattress is already beyond saving.

there's no way to buy and dispose of those without someone noticing

Plastic sheets dry out and rip over time. A reusable bed pad is much better if you're too embarrassed to see a doctor.

Drink less before you go to bed.
Use the toilet right before you go to bed.
Protect your mattress with plastic or something.
If all else fails, wear a diaper.
