Oooooh yea I've seen a preview from a youtuber I follow, it seems real cool. However it seems like one of these games that gets you sucked in and lets you drop all effort to perform irl so that's a no-no for me knowing my past behavior with WoW. I was 1 point off from dropping out of med school due to that.
But to those that can handle such games, it seems great you should play it!

I got mine from Sensory Goods. They were the cheapest I found and I got it on sale. It's also good quality. I got a 17lbs weighted blanket and a 7lbs weighted lap pad. Both are fulled with tinny glass beads.
If you like having weight on you, and/or being squeezed (like squeezing between couch cushions or something) then you will probably benefit from using a weighted blanket.
There are many companies that make them.

Really depends on location, but a place like that with 1-2 bedrooms could be rented for like up to $1400/month in a smaller city. To purchase it could be anywhere from 100-300k up to a million even if you live in like a capital.
