aye, I was ego lifting doing touch and go for a while, now i lift much lighter with a 2 second pause. Feels cleaner, and it makes my touch and go max go higher as well as paused.

This is far-fetched but I wish that I get accepted to all of the universities that I applied to, Columbia in particular.
On a separate note I also just came back from a lower back injury and it feels great to be back the gym. Surprisingly my lifts barely went down over the month long hiatus I took from lifting
