I just feel a little more relaxed than usual, maybe not as much energy. I have a slight headache but nothing too bad. Wish me luck on my attempt to quit caffeine, I highly recommend other coffee-addicted anons give it a try.

Caffeine is literally a drug but I just can't stop. I've went a month without it but all I noticed where negatives; depression increased, attention decreased, motivation decreased, desire decreased. Quiting coffee didn't do anything but hate me myself more.

But I do suggest trying it to see if it does help you.

I'm addicted too, but I think it's something I'm more comfortable addicted to than not. I mean, when I'm on caffeine I'm usually more alert and my short-term memory feels sharper. I can also recall information more easily. The only bad thing are the short withdrawals I accidentally get into sometimes. When I spend 12 hours or so awake and without consuming any caffeine I start feeling relaxed/tired and get a bit of a headache.

I tried abstaining from coffee once, got to day 3 and legitimately started feeling depressed. Been drinking 3 cups a day ever since.

I genuinely like the taste of coffee so I'll never truly give it up, but I don't know why I haven't just switched to decaf yet. I don't feel anymore awake no matter how much I drink, if I drink too much I get a stomachache but if I don't drink enough I still get a headache. I tried that Death Wish coffee recently, and the only difference was that I pooped a little bit sooner than usual.
