Quick question, what the fuck is this on my potato and is it still OK to use
sprouts.
cut them off, and yes.
They're sprouts.
The potato is a seed so it's gonna sprout. Just cut it off and it's fine.

They're sprouts. It just means the potato is starting to grow. You could plant it in the ground if you wanted to.
But yeah, they're fine to eat. The stalks taste like shit though, so you just snap them off.
Alright, cheers guys

I've always hated potato, it's so plain and boring. However I'm trying to eat it again for the first time in year but I don't want to die by potato poisoning

As long as it's not green you can eat it. Green potatoes are toxic.
