Who /NEET/ and proud here?
How are you holding up?
What did you do today?
Any plans for the future?
Share those feels.
>Living off $150 a week from parents
I don't think so. Also when your parents cut you off you're completely fucked when you got to apply for a job.
>"So, Anon it says you finished high school in 2007 what have you done since then?"
>having pride in being a social parasite
Wageslaves are the biggest parasite of them all.
Can someone post the version of this where the bottom is full of 'her her her her'
Pretty good. Watched streams and played games all day. I don't really know for the future, probably find a shitty part time job when I get bored of this lifestyle.
Mad wageslaves should not be here, this is a thread for NEET supermen.
>Nobody wants to work anon, but only the chosen few are blessed in not having to work.
>mfw I have to look for a job soon and will probably end up working in McDonald's or doing watering again.
>I fucking hate food service jobs.
>How are you holding up?
>What did you do today?
Boredom and restlessness perpetuating an endless cycle of hedonistic indulgence in the means of distraction from the unbearable emptiness
>Any plans for the future?
There's only 1 way to get away with being a NEET for a considerable amount of time:
>look insanely young for your age
>be white (important)
>have enough resources to go to a full 4 year university and get a degree
>able to pull off full normie in job interview
>employer thinks you're some 23 year old fresh graduate instead of a 30 year old who's been a NEET for a decade
Literally the only way you can pull out of NEETdom and get a real job, unless you have some crazy connections for a decent job.
Former NEET for about 6~ years here. I've working for about a year now actually and been doing pretty good. It's a small grocery shop owned by my family so I work with the people I care about, that has made it infinitely easier, it also requires dealing with dozens of random people but at least it has helped me to improve my social anxiety.
I'm 18 and skinny as fuck. No way I'll be a security guard.
Sounds alright, though I'm guessing your talking about America? I'm in England man, most temp agencies don't offer shit like that here.
In the interview, they won't know your age. They can make estimates based on your work experience/education/looks, but they won't know your exact age unless you explicitly tell them or put it on your resume for some reason.
>have no dreams or ambitions
>realize all you want to do in life is nothing
>realize that's okay and in reality everyone's life is basically worthless and the only thing that really matters beyond having kids is how easily you can survive in this world
Being NEET is literally being the ultimate lifeform if you really think about it.
^ This. And the plan is contingent on you applying right after you get a 4 year degree, that way they can't ask what you were doing between graduation and the time you apply, that raises huge red flags
And this would be true, is you had some crazy passion for something along with it, an instrument, philosophy, trying to solve math problems, etc. but we were all former NEETs here so you can't fool us. It's depression and:
I don't know how those things work either paying for shit is my parent's job.
I'm working on getting neetbux because I actually need them. Family is poor and I'm fucked mentally, trying to see a social worker.
I live in USA, tried to file application for disability, they said I'm too young but I don't get it. If I'm disabled how am I supposed to work in the first place.
This. And if you use your neetbux wisely you can make more on the side to buy (rent) nice things or a better place to live if you can't be neet anymore
NEET as a poor fag though sucks ass, and I feel kinda bad for my parents so trying to get help and move out
It's only depressing if you're the kinda guy who always wants more. I simply just love everything I have and need nothing more. It's probably rationalization, but does it really matter in the end if I'm happy with it?
24 right now. Maybe I'm just too young to hate not having to do anything but neet feels great right now.
>I simply just love everything I have and need nothing more.
Name a hobby you have, that isn't video games/4chan.
>It's probably rationalization, but does it really matter in the end if I'm happy with it?
Because it's going to wear off, like it does for everyone.
I'm not trying to convince you of anything, because I know it's something you won't ever believe until it hits you and you learn it yourself. But be aware that it's coming, and that putting off things like work experience/skills is only going to make it much harder on yourself.
Most of them claim to get Disability or SSI. But even then it's a meager stipend. The max you can get is like $1,032 monthly. And as of 2016 they're slated to cut disability by 19% because they've essentially bankrupted themselves with the program.
>Name a hobby you have, that isn't video games/4chan
Bird watching I guess. I'm not serious about it but I enjoy walking around and looking at birds.
Also I guess if I do reach that point I'm willing to change things in life. I did have a method for pushing myself to do more when I was younger that worked very well.
how much do u weigh and how tall are you? not the same guy i just like to hear that you get outside, i love getting outside but besides driving to work and just walking around my backyard looking at birds and plants i dont do much outdoors stuff. i like making beats and shit sometimes but over the past month havent felt like making anything much.
NEETs only seems to have it made if they have parents willing to hold onto them for decades. If not you're making 8k-10k a year on NEETbux and have to live next to niggers and drug addicts alongside the fact that after a few years of being a NEET you can't even land a job that pays 14k a year.
HAHAHA LOOK AT THIS WAGESLAVE! HE'S MAD AS FUCK. WE DO NOT HAVE TO JUSTIFY OUR SUPERIOR WAY OF LIFE TO ANYONE.
I'm 6'3" 253 pounds. I was also thinking about learning a programming language and and making shitty phone games for some extra cash in case I ever decide to do more with my life down the road.
>tfw completing degree in two weeks
>tfw starting law
>tfw have government job with flexible hours that pays $34.39/hr
>tfw saving money living at home, comfy as fuck and enjoying being young
>tfw already worked as a paralegal for 6 months and have standing offer at same firm when graduating
NEET is clearly the superior way of being tho.
You're the only person that can save yourself. Regardless of how you feel now, you're running out of time.
>Who /NEET/ and proud here?
Not sure I'm proud, but it doesn't bother me much either
>What did you do today?
Sleep, watch taiwanese cartoons
>Any plans for the future?
Just lie on resumes, lie lie lie.
Neet. 22 yrs old. Mom keeps me alive, when she dies she has a life insurance policy thing I think. Had like two hallucinations before, maybe I'll become a schizoneet. Homelessness is a possible future. Kind of want to be a prison-neet but not really.
>when she dies she has a life insurance policy thing
> I think
Check up on that. It may not be that much (100k, hell even 250k can go fast- especially considering an average funeral can go for 10k nowadays plus whatever debts she has will eat into that plus you're intending to use that for the rest of your life- it almost certainly won't last you that long even if you live frugally and invest shrewdly which you probably won't).
Make sure you're listed as the primary beneficiary and make sure she isn't getting all of her life insurance from work because guess what happens to mommy's precious angel if she dies inbetween jobs
>t. Insurance Salesman
>you're running out of time.
