There's only 1 way to get away with being a NEET for a considerable amount of time:

>be white (important)
>have enough resources to go to a full 4 year university and get a degree
>able to pull off full normie in job interview
>employer thinks you're some 23 year old fresh graduate instead of a 30 year old who's been a NEET for a decade

Literally the only way you can pull out of NEETdom and get a real job, unless you have some crazy connections for a decent job.

Former NEET for about 6~ years here. I've working for about a year now actually and been doing pretty good. It's a small grocery shop owned by my family so I work with the people I care about, that has made it infinitely easier, it also requires dealing with dozens of random people but at least it has helped me to improve my social anxiety.

In the interview, they won't know your age. They can make estimates based on your work experience/education/looks, but they won't know your exact age unless you explicitly tell them or put it on your resume for some reason.

Check up on that. It may not be that much (100k, hell even 250k can go fast- especially considering an average funeral can go for 10k nowadays plus whatever debts she has will eat into that plus you're intending to use that for the rest of your life- it almost certainly won't last you that long even if you live frugally and invest shrewdly which you probably won't).

Make sure you're listed as the primary beneficiary and make sure she isn't getting all of her life insurance from work because guess what happens to mommy's precious angel if she dies inbetween jobs
