when doing your pull ups, nobody likes to do this but you need to go slow, and have a full controlled movement. start by gripping the bar in a complete hanging motion, slowly raise yourself up, then slowly back down all the way. only way you will get a nice back.
If you need to get a jump pull up when you are first building strength, do that. but as soon as you can do full hanging ones, do NOT slack. I have a bad left leg so i cant squat but legs are the most important. make sure you squat as much as possible because it releases the most test into your body.

Getting fit helps, but it won't fix everything. It won't make you white, taller, make your eyes blue, reverse your hairline receding, or fix your personality. But it will help.
Once you get fit, you should get clothes that fit you. Normies judge alot by physical appearance.

Do hammer curls alternating, and hammer curls at the same time. slow and steady remember your form.
remember guys if you're lifting weights, your body is releasing test. this test goes everywhere. literally to every muscle, just the majority goes to the one you're working. so just work out every chance you get and it comes no matter what (with good eating habits)
