I'm NEET and I have 3-5 a day. Sometimes I just need that extra kick, especially when I'm really trying to focus on the novel I'm writing.

because your tolerance builds up very quickly. I need at least a certain amount of caffeine to even be functional during the day. it's gotten to the point where I don't think about it and it happens automatically, I'll brew tea or coffee or buy a soda as just part of my daily routine.
