Modern Superman is a pretty good guy.
Everyone should aspire to be Superman.
Superman loves all people and believes in giving everyone a chance to prove themselves.
So what if he loves fags? They're human too.
See, anon. This is why Clark is a much better person than you are.
Dick is the supreme gay boy anyway. Midnighter (officially gay) is constantly commenting on his ass. Pretty good stuff.
Of all the impotent beta power fantasy comicbook heroes... Superman is the most cringeworthy.
Lex Luthor is constantly doing shit that fucks over Metropolis and could possibly get tons of civilians killed. He's a shady business man that doesn't mind ruining someones life.
Depends on how he's written though. When he's ambiguous and written as a person who truly believes he's saving the world from an alien threat I like it. It makes sense that Superman could turn on the Earth at any time he likes.
>doesn't believe in preserving innocent human life
If you actually want to read Superman comics here's the recommended reading list from reddit because I'm too lazy to put one together.
Man of Steel
Superman for All Seasons
Superman and the Men of Steel
For the Man Who Has Everything
Lex Luthor: Man of Steel
The Death of Superman
Last Son of Krypton
DC One Million
>Alternate Reality Stories:
Superman: Speeding Bullets
Superman: Red Son
Superman: Secret Identity
Superman: Earth One
Superman: Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow?
My favourite alt. universe one is Superman: Red Son. Basically it's a what if where Superman lands in Russia instead. Also liked Kingdom Come.
>incoming pleb remarks
also here's /co/ reading list for DC characters.
I don't know if it's actually associated with /co/ but whatever.
American Alien isn't the best representation of Clark's character. It's a decent story so far though. In the context of the story, he's been mistaken for Bruce Wayne after dragging someone to safety on his Yacht. I don't blame him for Chadding it up, especially since he's not even Superman at this point.
>nu-superman is a Chad
I miss my post-Crisis on Infinite Earths robot Superman who nobody understands and is infinitely terrified of not being able to connect to anyone because of who and what he is.
don't insult the fucking suit
I must be retarted or maybe I just cannot relate at all, but what's your point? You're not chad or something? Become him then or not and just shut up about it. Post something cool or do something else. (y). Your welcome.
How can Japanese "art" even compete?
He might be. But he seems like a nice guy, and I honestly wished normies looked up to him more often than unlikable normie douchebags like IronMan nowadays
Iron man is a turbo normal.
>obnoxious douche (for good reason, but still a douche.)
>started world war hulk with a bunch of other pricks.. (forget.)
There's more but I don't remember as I haven't read anything ironman in years.
Probably daddy issues too.
