I need something more simple than those workout charts- a retard-level cookbook. Detailing the common mistakes clearly (pointing, labelling, comparisons to 'right way' of doing something) and the exact amount of times to do something/ wait inbetween.
Otherwise it just feels like I'm moving stuff around with no idea if it's actually working, and then end up aching all-over/ in one very specific spot.

I think women care about body and face (not sure which one they care about more though). My idea is I'll work on my body, and if my face is still too ugly for women to fuck me by the time I get /fit/, I'll at least know I have the discipline to save up money and get plastic surgery, considering I was disciplined enough to get /fit/. My problem right now is I have no discipline and once I start I'll just feel like everything is hopeless and then fall back into my rut.

if you dont have personality but are in shape you still will get some women. i cant help you with discipline thats something you will just have to have when you wake up and get fed up with your status quo enough to demand something different out of yourself. i will say set goals, i started by forcing myself to go to the gym. sometimes id leave half way into the set but i made sure i went. then i made sure i finished my sets then i made sure i went 2x a week then 3x then i made sure i went 3x and finished my cardio. after 2 months of that a lot of women at my job even the married ones were staring and I barely noticed a difference in my own appearrance myself. seeing them do that and stare at my crotch and things like that boosted my confidence until i didnt have to force myself to go anymore and i started enjoying it now i feel like i missed my high or something if i dont go workout at all during a day im supposed to be on.

Hi, I'm the guy you replied to. I can be funny sometimes, although sometimes my jokes fall flat and I look like I'm trying too hard.
That being said, when I am really confident, and I know I'm funny, and the girls in my class (high school senior - 18 years old) laugh, I still get rejected.
Like just this week, for example, things were going well with this girl in my history class and she was laughing and we were having a good time getting to know each other, and I didn't see any signs of her not wanting to talk to me. As I was walking with her to her next class today, I asked if she wanted to see a movie this weekend. Now, up to this point, she seemed all happy and open, but when I asked that, she said she would be busy this weekend, despite having mentioned earlier that she was going to be lazy and do nothing all weekend. Now, I might be overreacting, and MAYBE she was telling the truth, but it's unlikely, because not only did she contradict herself, but she also stopped making eye contact and her voice got quieter, and her excuse seemed kind of forced. Not that she needed one, not like I'm some crazy guy who would get pissed off by a simple "no."
Anyway, this is just an example, but it seems like all my positive interactions with women over the course of a week or a few days turn into them ignoring me or just barely acknowledging me, even though they were all close and happy previously. This happens either right after I make a move, or after I don't make a move and they catch that I might like them (hell even if I don't) and they shy away anyway. I lose if I make a move and I lose if I don't. I just don't get it.
