I am network admin. Have ccna, ccnp switching, could get rest of ccnp if really wanted. I am from eastern europe and get like 20k euros before taxes. What are my chances of landing a job in u.s and what calary should I expect. 4 years of experience in the field.

You could quickly find a job in NYC. Expect 50-80K depending on how lucky you get. You've got certs that are desirable.

I'm 23, got associate's, gonna get tech support certificate this semester and then get A+ certified by end of the year, hopefully.

A+ Cert is good for about 10$ an hour. 23 Is a little late to be pushing for a support desk role. Go study Windows Server.

I am about to graduate Physics BSc, trying to get a job/scheme in software dev or web dev. It's going pretty well so far, though it's hard to find jobs outside of London.

50-80k you'd be okay. You may have to live in Staten Island, where I live Which is 25 minutes outside manhattan, and is about 1/2 the price to live. Very nice place.
